Fine, let's get back to our topic - first, you might want to do is to learn how to read the alphabet. There are actually 26 letters in English alphabet, and you almost certainly want to memorize them if you would like to achieve at least some success with this language.

One more thing I recommend you guys and girls to do is to memorize the phonetic sounds of this language - the consonants and vowels. Constantly work on your grammar. This is when the English textbooks will be useful for you. Nonetheless, don't think that you will improve your spoken English skills with just textbooks on grammar. Make sure you combine learning grammar with practicing listening to real authentic English and speaking English.
