Being around anyone who is pessimistic is not going to help you. If you listen to pessimist opinions of others then your problems most likely will not go away.

Nearly all panic attacks as we have seen are built up through the storage of negative energy in the body. If you can talk to others about your concerns and fears then this will all be released. Many of us hold on to things and never let them go which only does harm not good. A solution is not needed all the time, many times having a good listener can do wonders for your panic attacks.
