I believe curing the mental addiction to cigarettes much harder than kicking the physical habit.
Things like hypnosis and positive affirmations can really help to get your mind off the need for a smoke.
Just don’t understand how otherwise intelligent people would engage in a practice proven to be so incredibly unhealthy.
